Fried rice with shrimp


Ingredients:

1 cup cooked brown rice 
1 small diced carrot
1/3 cup frozen peas (add more if you love peas!)
2 cups cooked shrimp
1 tsp ground ginger
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon peanut oil
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
Soy sauce to taste
1 egg (whisked)
Toasted sesame seeds







Directions: 

How to make fried rice with shrimp: Add peanut oil to pan add precooked rice and drizzle egg mixture over rice. Stir egg and rice mixture until cooked. Add frozen peas and diced carrots. 
In separate bowl add ginger, sesame seeds and pepper to shrimp, mix. Combine shrimp to rice and add sesame oil and add soy sauce. Saute on medium heat until cooked (about 5-6 minutes or when you feel it's done)

Feel free to replace shrimp with chicken and peas and carrots with different vegetables such as mushrooms or broccoli. These ingredients are what we had on hand!
