Chunky Salsa


Ingredients:

4 plumb tomatoes
1/2 a small onion
1/2 a bunch of cilantro
1 jalapeno

Directions: 

Chop up tomatoes, onion and cilantro
Remove seeds from the jalapeno dice and set aside.
This is where you can decide how spicy you want your salsa to be. Personally, I prefer a 1/4 of the full amount of the seeds in my salsa. But you had slowly add more to your liking

This is one of the first recipes that Mario and I tried out when we first started dating. He threw half of the jalapeno in the mix and WOW! It was spicy! We mellowed this recipe out this time and after I took pictures put the salsa in a food processer to make it go further.
