Strawberry Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 cups of coconut milk
1 3/4 cup of strawberries (about 2 cartons) 
1/3 cup of melted honey

Directions:

This is how you make strawberry coconut ice cream: Pour coconut milk into large bowl and add melted honey to the mixture and stir. After cutting up strawberries add to food processor until all pieces are blended. Add purée to the coconut milk and honey and combine. Turn on ice cream maker and pour contents into ice cream maker and let mix for about 20 minutes.

If you don't have a ice cream maker, you can always pour the mixture into a Rubbermaid tupperware  container and freeze over night.
