3:38 PM

Ingredients
1 1/2  cup butter (melted)
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (11 oz) bag milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips in a bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour peanut butter mixture into a 9x13 pan. chill the peanut butter base for 20 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave (at 50% power!!) in 30 second increments until melted. Stir chocolate and pour over the peanut butter mixture. Spread chocolate with a spatula. Freeze and cut into bite size pieces!

These taste just like reese's peanut butter cups! These are best eaten frozen not only because it's summer and everything cold is better when it's hot. One thing that I must emphasize if you use the microwave to melt the chocolate is to set the microwave to 50%. I ruined a bag of chocolate by scorching it. Oops! Oh well. You are going to love these peanut butter bites!
